Wellington teams playing in Auckland 7s this weekend

Two Wellington club teams and the Wellington representative Sevens side join 12 men's and three women's clubs and three other ITM Cup provinces at the inaugural Auckland 7s tournament at North Harbour Stadium this weekend, 25-26 November.

Upper Hutt, Hutt Old Boys Marist and the Wellington representative side line up on the men’s side of the draw against other provincial representative and club Sevens sides from around the North Island. The other three provincial sides taking part are Counties Manukau, Northland and Waikato.

Upper Hutt and HOBM join several top clubs, including leading Auckland clubs Marist and Papatoetoe, 2012 North Harbour fifteens champions and Sevens runners-up North Shore and 2012 Waikato club finalists Fraser Tech.
