The Wellington representative Men’s and Women’s 7’s teams are competing in the Central Region tournament at Massey University in Palmerston North tomorrow, Saturday 15 December. ?
Six men's and four women's teams are playing to secure one of the five men’s and two women’s places up for grabs for the National 7’s in Queenstown in the New Year.

The two men’s pools are:
Pool A: Taranaki, Wellington, Horowhenua-Kapiti
Pool B: Manawatu, Hawke’s Bay, Wairarapa-Bush
The Women’s competition is a four-team round-robin with a straight final.
The women’s pool is: Wellington, Manawatu, Taranaki and Hawke’s Bay
